Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology integration
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and regulatory impacts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation for emerging tech prototypes

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
