Qualifications

- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment ROI analysis
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in TOGAF and AWS/Azure architectural frameworks

- Experience with regulatory compliance for autonomous systems (ISO 21448)
