Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business teams on strategic priorities
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio performance and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate R&D breakthroughs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms and their societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, climate tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from venture capital or government sources
- Published thought leader in technology publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
