- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for enterprise digital transformation
- Direct $5M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 8+ engineers and researchers in futuristic tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products with 2025+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum/AI/AR/metaverse
- MBA or MS in Technology Management, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ in tech innovation
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Patents or peer-reviewed research in futuristic technologies preferred
