You'll translate emerging scientific discoveries into scalable commercial opportunities while ensuring ethical alignment with our Human-First Innovation framework. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of exponential technologies and market disruption.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations with our IP counsel
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author whitepapers on future technology trends for industry summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in exponential technologies
- Proven track record launching at least two 2020+ innovations
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., Foresight Institute, WFS)
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning and Monte Carlo simulations
