- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects with $15M+ annual budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching products integrating AI, blockchain, or quantum technologies
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and technology adoption curves
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German a significant advantage
