Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs, AI research institutes, and biotechnology pioneers
- Architect scalable frameworks for emerging tech integration (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, quantum networks)
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and investors, securing $50M+ annual R&D budgets
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals on disruptive technologies
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and international innovation funding
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or equivalent)
