Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in AI/quantum computing research or implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 10+
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Expertise in patent strategy and IP portfolio development
