Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify strategic innovation opportunities
- Develop implementation frameworks for pilot programs and technology transitions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of launching successful technology transformation initiatives
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
