Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- 7+ years in tech strategy with portfolio of scaled innovations
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Experience with EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, and global tech governance frameworks
