Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Develop innovation frameworks and roadmaps for next-generation digital platforms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization

- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies

- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 5 years
