Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, metaverse) and assess commercial viability
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions and validate market readiness
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on innovation velocity
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to execute strategic pilots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or consulting with proven future-planning experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or neuromorphic computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
