Responsibilities

- Develop and present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-concept solutions
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ implementation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for future-tech incubation
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive audiences
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CDIO)
