- Establish governance frameworks for responsible innovation and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Executive presence with experience influencing C-level decision-making
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum, Product Management, or Technology Strategy preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology transformation projects
