Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Future Technology Strategist to join InnovateCorp 2026. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and integrating emerging technologies that will shape the future of our industry.
In this role, you will work closely with our executive leadership, R&D teams, and business units to develop and implement a forward-looking technology strategy. You will stay at the forefront of technological trends and translate complex innovations into actionable business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic implementation
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future products/services
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and invest in disruptive startups
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on industry evolution
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate tech trends into business value
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
