Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Manage innovation portfolio P&L and ROI analysis for technology initiatives
- Drive sustainability integration in technology development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Experience managing technology budgets exceeding $30M
- Certified Technology Strategist (CTS) or similar preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation
