- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., CTO School, FTI) preferred
