Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human augmentation technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for ethical AI governance frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic papers to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized autonomous systems (DAS)
- Oversee compliance with emerging international tech regulations (2026 Digital Sovereignty Act)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and digital sovereignty legislation
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D budgets with Fortune 500 companies
