- Design and execute technology roadmaps for 2026's AI-driven automation and quantum computing ecosystems
- Lead $50M+ R&D initiatives across 8+ innovation labs globally
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and quantum research institutions
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee patent development for proprietary quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and data scientists
- Develop ESG-compliant technology implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow frameworks
