Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment and adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budget allocation for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology, etc.)
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
