Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Identify and validate emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech investments with ESG and growth objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech landscapes
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with academia and startups
- Present tech strategy insights to stakeholders via compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at scale
- Proven track record in launching future-ready technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong data analytics and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
