Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AR/VR evolution) and recommend adoption pathways
- Establish KPIs for technological ROI and innovation velocity across all business units

- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Oversee R&D investments and ensure alignment with long-term competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech infrastructure for exponential growth phases
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, and decentralized systems
- Certification in Technology Strategy, Futures Thinking, or equivalent advanced degree (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict market shifts
- Experience securing $5M+ technology budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers on future trends
