The Opportunity: As our Future Technology Strategist, you'll architect the technological blueprint for the next decade. This role sits at the intersection of quantum computing, biotechnology, and decentralized systems, requiring visionary leadership to shape our innovation pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology APIs) into product ecosystems
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory and ethical implications of 2026 tech landscapes
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Manage $5M annual R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling technology ventures from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent-tier journals preferred
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments for breakthrough technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong network within DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
