Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and finance teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-backed insights
- Build and mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation analysts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technological adoption
- Drive intellectual property strategy through patent development and tech licensing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
