- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence for next-gen tech trends
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Build and lead a specialized Future Technology incubation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex futurescapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Experience building and managing high-budget R&D initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
