Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen digital solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof architectures into current development cycles
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, researchers, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining digital products
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience leading teams through technological transformation initiatives
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmap development and execution
