Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-ready solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on $50M+ research initiatives
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on technology impact assessment
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE ethics standards
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
