Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead ideation sessions for breakthrough AI/quantum applications
- Partner with VPs to secure $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Present strategies to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage patent portfolios and IP protection for emerging tech
- Oversee P&L for experimental technology divisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning (AI/quantum focus preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams to 200+ members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech commercialization frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/MIT journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
- PhD or equivalent research credentials
