Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, circular tech)
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for innovation impact and ROI on experimental technologies
- Coordinate with global research institutions on future-focused projects
- Champion sustainable technology adoption across organizational workflows
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Strong network with venture capital and research communities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
