Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, academia, and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to ideate future scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile and design thinking methodologies
