Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs of futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure buy-in for major initiatives
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Foster a culture of innovation through hackathons, knowledge-sharing, and talent development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and securing multi-million dollar budgets
