Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align technology roadmaps with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies and measure ROI
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology trends and applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration; PhD preferred
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or executive tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing, and AR/VR
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CIO) preferred
