Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) to shape corporate innovation strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen tech prototypes and MVPs
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Develop and present technology roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and clean tech
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory impacts on future deployments
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE)
