Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with strategic potential
- Develop business cases for next-gen tech investments (AI, quantum, IoT, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Track record of launching transformative tech initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certification in strategic innovation or technology foresight preferred
