Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive technology opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage relationships with technology startups, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Oversee budget allocation for experimental technology initiatives and R&D projects
- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
