Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, generative AI) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling pilot projects
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AR/VR, or generative AI
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
