Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum computing and AI integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI for future innovations
- Publish thought leadership reports on technology evolution for industry conferences
- Mentor innovation lab teams in agile development of proof-of-concept projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Successful track record of launching at least 3 enterprise-scale innovations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping (preferred)
