Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) and assess business impact
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing transformative digital initiatives
- Present strategic tech recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and adoption success
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists and foster internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating tech trends and driving enterprise transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum)
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital project delivery
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
