Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess strategic implications for 2026-2030
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and future-proof our product portfolio
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify disruptive threats and first-mover advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and scenario planning
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies and measure ROI against strategic KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-level executives
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and evaluating early-stage technologies
- Certification in strategic planning or technology forecasting preferred
