- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Lead cross-functional task forces for major tech initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CIO roles
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI ethics, digital twins)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean methodologies
