Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubators
- Analyze geopolitical and ethical implications of technological advancements
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in at least three domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or Technology Strategy certification preferred
- Experience with global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Published research or patents in future technologies
