Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance systems for AI and decentralized networks.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) and integrating them into our core products.
- Research & Development: Lead a team of top-tier engineers in experimental projects, transforming theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between the technical team and executive stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs meet rigorous security standards and future regulatory requirements.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain the highest code quality standards and mentor junior architects and engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or C++; proficiency with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Innovation Focus: Demonstrated ability to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Blockchain consensus mechanisms.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
