Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech integration systems
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Architect scalable prototypes using cloud-native architectures and edge computing frameworks
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks, or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of launching products with exponential growth potential
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier innovation journals
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
