Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech vision into corporate strategy
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and industry consortia
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or decentralized AI
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ tech trends (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience leading global teams across R&D, product, and commercial functions
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
