Responsibilities
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop strategic implementation roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze ethical implications of disruptive technologies and establish governance frameworks
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in decentralized infrastructure and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with futures methodologies and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
