- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives
- Monitor competitor tech landscapes and patent trends
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling for tech investment scenarios
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling tech innovations from prototype to production
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
