Responsibilities
- Architect strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate AI) through 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen digital experiences
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption across 15+ industry verticals
- Develop partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2026 research initiatives
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorns
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to global markets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
- Experience with ISO 26000 and ESG compliance frameworks
- Portfolio of launched products impacting 1M+ users
