Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and metaverse ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect strategic partnerships with quantum startups, AI research labs, and AR/VR pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused technology prototyping
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural networks, spatial computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience leading innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and ML frameworks
