Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ products, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions in lab environments
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, generative AI ethics, decentralized systems) for strategic implementation
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding by crafting compelling innovation proposals for venture partners
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure ROI on futuristic technology investments
- Present strategic insights to the board and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on Fortune 500 digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or AGI frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 tech journals
- Track record of launching products with >$100M ARR leveraging next-gen tech
- Proficiency in scenario modeling using Monte Carlo simulations and predictive analytics
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
