Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, anticipating market shifts and emerging paradigms
- Conduct deep research on next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business teams on future technology adoption
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership on technology evolution and its societal impact
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate emerging startups into our innovation ecosystem
- Represent the company at global tech forums, shaping industry discourse on the future of technology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven track record of forecasting tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum systems, advanced AI, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives with global stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
